Okay after all the talk of putting a kawi throttle cable from a 1993 750sx in a superjet, I finally got around to doing it. First off, they are way cheaper than a SJ cable, built way better, and long enough that they will work in either a SN or a RN Superjet.
The inside cable is an 1 1/2" longer and some have been using a billet throttle drum to take up the extra cable, I however found that by removing the throttle bracket from the top of the intake and relocating it under the intake it takes up just about all the slack and uses all the same hardware. You will need to trim off one corner of the bracket but that takes all of a minute at best with a hacksaw and file. The last little bit of slack can be taken up with 2 stainless washers stacked behind the fitting on the throttle itself, (there is no jam nut included on the cables to adjust it.)
All in all, Pretty easy retrofit and well worth the trouble. Thanks guys for all the posts on this previously.
