glasseing my footholds in, im useing us composites 2to1 epoxy resin, Didnt realize it was going to take so long to setup, is there and way i can speed the process up maybe mix it to 2to2,

How warm is the place you are doing the work in? You could possibly use a heat lamp to speed up the process..
I know we did my buddies when it was still pretty cold out and it took quite some time to fully set up. Wasn't really a big deal since it was the middle of winter and he wasn't riding anyways.

no you cant mix 2to2 it wont harden right. don´t know if uscomposites sell an accelarator to there epoxy. if so you should use that.
epoxy is not like polyester the more hardner the faster it will harden. epoxy needs an exact amount of hardner to and exact amount of epoxyresin. something about the amount molecules

thats correct. 2:1 means two particles of resin to 1 partical of hardener will bond and become solid. if you add twice as manny hardening molecules your going to end up with a gooey mess. just be sure your working in 70-80 degree temps and using the pumps they sell. also make sure your resin and hardener is at that temp. leave it out in the sun for an hour befor you begin glassing
