uploading video

Sorry, this has probably been covered a million times but how do I upload a video. We have some footage of backflip attempts but I can't figure out how to upload

I think you can post it in your gallery.

just sign up there, and create a gallery and try it.

how large is it?

the gallery is useful, but not the easiest thing to use, its sort of un-untuitive. ( to me at least)

Most of them are. I have tried several out on my own site (superjett.com) and it seems most aren't so easy for uploading.
