Umi Steering

Hi,

The bearings have gone on my Umi steering so I'm trying to take it apart. I thought it would all just come apart once I took the bolts out the front but it isn't. Am I missing something?

I haven't Taken a umi apart before but many things with hearings require being pressed apart and back together.

I rebuilt mine a few months ago and I swear it just pulled apart after you removed the two allen bolts and the nut on the bottom. Then I just drove the top and bottom bearings out with a punch and reinstalled them with a socket as a bearing driver. I could be mistaken tho, mine weren't nearly as bad as yours..... If know responds tomorrow ill pull mine apart for you and double check.

No, still no luck. Going to send it to jetshed and ask them to sort it for me. Thanks tho.
