Turfing My X2

I'm going to put some foot straps on my ski this winter and I also want to put some pad under the turf. I've got two questions first how thick should the pad be? Second should I turf the inside walls under the seat as well?

For those that wonder I'm porbably going to use Dakine foot straps so that Kara can stand or kneel on them if she wants.

i think hydro turf makes padding for it... depends on your preference 3/8 to 1/2 inch should be fine

Dont turf the sides. Its a pain in the ars to get the glue off later. I have dakines on my X-2 I will take some picks of them tonight. Also look at my ski in the build section it shows how i mounted the inside of the straps.
