SX/SXi/SXi Pro tunable diaphragm plate

I just bought a Keihin race carb with an ADA tunable diaphragm plate and the previous owner did not know how to tune it. Are there settings for low end and high end, basically how do you tune the plate?

I havent used any of these but I have seen them. I also use to run a keihin side draft on my 550 that adjuster plate. The one on mine was for pop off. You will need to purchase a pop off gauge to accuretly set it. All the plate does is make it where you dont have to disassemble the carb to adjust your pop off. It's quite handy little piece. If I decide to run my dual keihins on my 750 then I will be purchasing a set of these.
