Custom/Hybrid tubbie position?

It is my first time actually doing my own tubbies.
let me know if you think the positioning is right. foward, back, up, down?
also, my ski as more curve than the tubbie mold, how should i fix this?(picture from front)

My Blowsion Destroyers fit just about flush with the bottom corner of the hull. Not sure how much difference it makes but I'd lower yours a tad more. Front to back looks good.

I made some for my tweeker build. They are flush with bottom and handle great..... zero chine walk surf or flat. Search for area 51 tweeker in the build section. I'm sure its at least 20 pages deep by now. I'll be happy to take some measurements. Also, Scott S made a removable set. He might be willing to post a few pics they came out great as well.
