trim rings attachment?

Can people please post some pics of how they attached there trim cable to the trim ring on there cats systems? Thanks

I bought the black tab I mounted behind the trim ring from Protec. Then I just cut a slit in the bolt. I think that piece is like $7.

Awsome does the cable go straight into the holder or it it cocked a bit?

It's crooked in the picture because I was holding a bike cable in there with one hand. I also used the protec cable and it fits in there very well. The angle from that holder to the trim tube has only a slight bend to it and nothing compared to any of the angles that it sees in the engine bay. This trim is incredibly easy to pull.

Yeah I opted to keep my pro tec trim cable. I was gonna buy a x metal or thrust set up but money is just too tight.

I would like to figure out a way to hook the cable up better then just pinching it between 2 nuts.

I'm actually not relying on the pinch from the nut as much as the ball from cable. The nut is fairly loose with loctite on it.
