Freestyle TRIM lever trouble

I ve got a trim cable ez pull,with a long wire , but he have a big end (9,5 mm or 0,37 inch ) on lever side ,
so, i cannot put it in the lever adjustment....
cannot works with UMI lever, and some others.

do you know , witch lever i have to use , for this cable ?
or may be where i can find a lever adaptator/adjuster.

if u have ez pull u must use this lever , Brain is useing the same type ..
