A nice entry level full suspension frame. I used this frame for about a year, and it is still in very good condition. A few minor scratches and scrapes, but nothing thru the paint and no dents; bike was never wrecked.
Frame weighs in at 7 pounds.
Red, 17.5 inch, 2006 Fuel EX6 frame, RockerLink rear pivot, Rock Shox MC3.1 shock with external floodgate adjustment and rebound adjust. Integrated rear derailleur hangar. Cable guide piece is in place on the BB shell. Comes with seat collar and Tioga headset. I took care of this bike; it was cleaned and lubed regularly and everything works perfect. Just slap on your parts and go!
This is a great frame for someone looking to build up a basic full suspension bike. There is actually still a warranty on the frame, but it expires on 01/03/10...lol. Never needed any work-this frame is bulletproof. Bike accelerates quickly-powers up hills pretty well too. It's a little on the heavy side for serious mountain riders, but works fantastic for flowy singletrack and small rock gardens. Handles great.
I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. If you want to pick it up, price is $250.
If you want it shipped, I have NO CLUE what it would cost to box it up and Fed Ex it, but it will be $250 plus shipping, which I estimate may run around $50? If anyone has shipped one of these before, let me know what you think is a reasonable price for shipping.
