Tray Advice please!

I am attaching a couple pics of my tray. I took all the turf off getting it ready for footholds and found a big hump going across it about 3/4 back from the front. I pushed down on it and could here air escape out the inside hull. I cut a little hole out to look underneath for water or what ever may be under there but found nothing. It looks like the tray just warped or something. Any adive on what I should do? I was thinking of just leaving it and reinforcing it when I install the footholds. Or maybe cut the whole thing out and make a new tray? Although I am really learning as i go with fiberglass so i dont know if that is the best idea!

drill a hole or two and use a pipe to get a core sample of the foam
I bet it is soaked down low.
Probably needs a refoam and footholds, IMHO

What about drilling a hole into the void and injecting some epoxy resin to make the "hump" solid? If it's a big hump then grind it down to level again.

I did the same thing and bought a bunch of 5mm padding from Blowsion. Thinking I would layer it. Luckily a friend had some 25mm thick stuff and I'm glad I used it instead of building up the 5mm padding.
