i picked this trailer up when i picked my budget firstboat/surfboat for my brother. i love trailers for some reason and have gone through quite a few in the last couple of years. ive been looking for like this the whole time.

its flat all across, its galvanized and extremely well built.it even came with this handy diwasher type screen to druy your vest and wetsuit on

even the wheelwells are super sturdy

my plan is to make it a carpeted, 3-4 ski flatbed with low rails and recessed stainless loops to hook the skis to. im also gonna try to fit some wider tires for the sand and maybe try to come u with a nice way to mount my tote....any ideas?

I saw a trailer that the local beach a while back that was real sweet. The owner made the tote and trailer work in unison by removing the bunks and adding guide rails so when he winched up the ski it brought the tote along with it. He then removed the tote tires and drove away.

that is a great idea. if i were building the trailer from scratch id go that route. would work well with big couch .
