and his great idea regarding the drain plugs.
once you get waterlogged shy no do this if you need to defoam a ski also he add foam that wont absorb any water and still keep the ski floating. some will say that this method makes it weaker not having the foam in there for added strengh but the engine compartment is ok and its not filled with foam. so why not have the front like the back.

i vote

i dont know what you mean.

i think your talking about the legality of it. i for one think it would have a 50-50 chance at not getting in trouble with the law. only a few hard a$$ cops would tell you to change it. i got a written warning going slowly through dana point harbor beacause i had the cf numbers near the tray area and i guess going slow hides them.

i think it is a candidate for top 10. you can send me some ideas not knock on a few random ideas i came up with. it may not make it to the top ten,

but the fact that he has done this to make it look sweet and the first to come up with the idea. makes it a great idea. not all ideas have to be used on a ski.

again this site is stictly

imo and my .02

And a registration sticker font is dumb as a top 10 idea, and that is my opinion, and my $.02. Sorry I offended you.

As long as you can clearly make out the reg. numbers, it's not illegal. Those are easily readable, I don't think you'd have to worry about them being legal.

Not true. Depending on your state, they need to be a certain size, spaced a certain distance apart, and in a certain location on your PWC.

Whether you get busted depends on whether or not you give the water cops a hard time of course.

ya that was what i thought th epast comment met "were all in trouble" i assumend you ment we will all get busted for copying the idea.

and yes califorina make you ahve i belive 3" letters block for and spaces a letter in between letters and numbers

or

The vessel registration number (CF number) issued by the department must be displayed as follows:

* Painted on or permanently attached to each side of the forward half of the vessel.
* Be in plain vertical block characters of not less than three inches in height.
* Be arranged so that it it reads from left to right.
* Contrast with the color of the background so that it is distinctly visible and legible.
* Have spaces or hyphens that are equal to the width of a letter other than "I" or a number other than "1" between the prefix and the number, and the number and the suffix. See the example below.

Example: CF 1234 AB

so you were just mad because i thought he had a good idea that you thought wasnt a great idea. i see now.

Stop knitpicking

The right size is a given. I was more referring to the font and it being easy to make out. SC is laid back for the most part. It's a good ol' state.

The "Were in trouble" thing referred to how SAD it would be if something like making Blowsion style font Registration number actually made it to the top 10. It's lame, it's just a font and a star behind it. Big deal. It's definitely not in the top 10 things this site has to offer, come on.

And who is mad?

ok no more complaining.
give me more posts ideas like maybe custom made rideplates/waterboxes/handelpoles/sterring setups. x2 mods or fixed sterring superjets
basically anything that has to be made or modded heavily due to design flaws to make it work better. so nothing store bought or blowsion stuff.

just give me posts so i can review and make a list i want to do this asap. i think its great to give credit where credit is deserved/show off skills.

I dont think you're going to be able to trace any of the top ten ideas to one person except maybe a handful...

I dont know if he came up with the idea - but Parrdaddy: BK Twisters

Other great things that may have started on the other site by who knows who.... or were thought up at vendors and copied by riders:
CATS trim system
Ratchet hood straps
Home-made limiting rope
The sump-pump one way valve
D-Cut Rideplate
Quick steer mod
Internal fuel fill
Shortening stock handpole
Seamless turf job
Fire extinguisher front foothold
Little battery
Little fuel tank
Cap plugs for the stock hood
I could prob think of 20 other things... but this is my contribution to your idea
