Too much vibration?

First of all, I never ran this ski before I put my rookie hands into the engine compartment so I don't know how smooth it ran before but it currently vibrates like Rosie O'Donnell's ...anyways... How much is too much vibration and could this be a sign of an unbalanced motor or shaft? It's a 760 with fresh monkey grips on it. So far a carb-to-manifold adapter hose clamp has broke, six of eight exhaust manifold bolts have fallen out (they apparently never had loctite or sealant), and two bolts on a fuel pump (also holding the cross-bracket to front carb) have fallen out on two occasions. That's with less than seven hours of newbie riding.

I've loc-tited the manifold bolts, replaced the gasket and was thinking about teflon sealing the fuel pump bolts but should I be looking deeper before I spend my summer forever searching for loose or missing bolts?
thanks,mark
