timing for 90 superjet

what is the proper way to set the timing on a stock 1990 superjet?

my main concern is that i got a new stator and flywheel and that the timing marks are specific to the the original stator and flywheel

i never heard of it being specific to one machine, unless its a custom stator

nothing custom, so all i have to do is line up the marks and im golden?

Yes. Center mark is stock timing.
