Timing CAN ANYONE HELP?

I am just putting my motor back together and need a measurement. My 62T cases got damaged when the stator bolts came loose and I have had to remachine the locating lugs where the stator fits as they snaped off the cases! I have the stator mounted to a spacer plate and am now trying to set the timing but as the lug with the timing mark was broken off and ground up, I have no mark to line the stator timing mark up to. Can Some one measure the angle to vertical that the mark is with a protractor please.

117 degrees before TDC (top dead center) or 243 degrees ATDC (after top dead center) depending on what way your looking at it. This should be within a + or - 1 degree.
This location is about at 8 O'clock.
