Throttle return spring - reduced pull

I went and lubed the throttle cable Sunday night & when I went to start it Monday night I noticed it was soooo smooth and easy to pull!:biggrin: Too easy.:bs2: So I looked and the one end of the return spring between the carbs was broken off. :banghead:

So I seem to remember that someone sells a reduced effort return spring. Anybody know who/how much? These are stock 38s BTW. Thanks.
