Throttle lever

Does anyone make a throttle lever that fits a Yamaha cable without the use of an adapter?

Looks like the "FRI" freeride throttle lever dosent use the adapter, to straight Yamaha cable to lever.
Hope this helps, they make them in super cool color combos as well.
