This Guy " rstysht " conned a FREE UMI FOR X2 FROM ME

So I sold a umi to this Guy he sent me the money order and I threw it away. I contacted him and told him I threw the money order away and with it his shipping information. He said he had the other half of the money order and would file for a money order loss and replacement. I shipped the stem.. after a few communications from him he disappeared. I had called him on the phone when I shipped and threw away the money order but deleted that PM with his phone number.. I called att and had them send me a copy of that date I called him. I knew the date because I had a pm I sent asking him to call me or for his phone number around the time I shipped and told him I threw away the money order. It was well past the time 60 days for the money order replacement and I contacted him on the phone I even told him to just send me 200$ and not the full 250 it was he said he would.. now he does not answer the phone or respond to pms. I have left voice mails and texts I know its a cell number.. I am almost at the point of asking you guys to help me blow up his phone after today I will I need that money to finish this build and 200 dollars for a mint umi bottom stop that just has bad bearings is a awesome deal !!
