I sent Terry cable my throttle cable and had the wire rope replaced in it. It was getting frayed at the carb end.
They replaced the wire rope and ends for $15.00 plus shipping of $6.63 and they did a great job on the cable.

Sounds like a good deal and about $30 cheaper than new!

Terry Davis is the man ! He is over 60 years old and still racing dirt bikes !! Ive know him for 20+ years and you guys might know his son Tye Davis of Zip Tye Racing (king of the dessert)..
they can duplicate any cable out there and also make some very cool billet stuff too !

I had him make me a 1 foot longer throttle cable and if i remember right it was $35.00 bucks !
They are the ones to remember the next time you need a cable for your dirt bike OR jet ski !

they should spend a few bucks on the website!

ive heard good things about them for a long time, from boating folks too. im sure the cables are great.

Ya 40 +8 shipping to AZ. Talk to the custom cable shop. Guys name is Habul(ryhmes with cable). calls himself "Habul the cable guy" and order SP435 trim cable.

¼” barrel on one end and nothing on the other.

Mine came with this thing that looks like its made to clamp onto the cable end with a Allen screw and has a adjustable rod for some kind of application. I dont know if I'll be able to use that some how or not..
You can see it in the tiny bag in the middle of the cable.

I don't know what that is but all of mine came with that also. I also like to have the smaller threads put on both ends. They will make it anyway you want.

Damn, I didnt even think about the size of the ends..
I hope that will screw into my levers. I have a UMI and a Pro-tec trim lever to choose from right now. I'll have to check! Thanks Mark!

Don't think they will. I redrilled and tapped the end of Katie's lever for the smaller threaded end. I don't remember what the thread was off hand.
