Chuck, Pat and Terri have been excellent to deal with over the past year. I ordered 2 bigbore engines from him (Chuck) in february, and had them both by early september. While I was frustrated at times due to the wait, not having a backup engine, and periods of no communication (WF, and xscream move), after receiving them I have no complaints.
I realize that my order was small potatoes compared to what many of you have done, but I can guarantee that we (myself and Rsaggiorato)harassed Chuck more than most, if not all of his customers. He was patient, and took the time to answer our (often repetitive) questions on each occasion, even though he had every right to be upset....
Team Scream and X-metal were both very accommodating when it came time for payment, Chuck/Pat received the funds this week, despite having shipped the engines over a month and a half ago.
Since shipping the engines, Chuck, Pat, Terri, and now Radney have been extremely helpful. UPS (and their rediculous demands) screwed up our shipment, in the end costing us over 1000 extra in taxes. Then they failed to send us paperwork required to file a claim with the Canadian Revenue Agency.... 2 months later, we approach the deadline for the claim and we finally have the required documents. Chuck/Radney and Terri, within 1 day (on the weekend), got us the their part of the documentation.
Team Scream/X-metal had excellent customer service from the start, and provides a great product. Their service has only gotten better since Radney has joined the team. Since his arrival I haven't heard the now familiar message " Hi, You've reached team scream racing... Due to my... Busy Schedule, I cant tend the phones full time...."
