Hey guys
So I took my ski out for a ride yesterday. After a few hours the ski suddenly died and had no power to the start switch. Got it to shore and checked the battery and it was fine so I jumped the terminals to the starter and it turned right over. When it did it sounded like something was grinding and then start switch suddenly worked. Today I pulled the motor and stator cover to find the flywheel sheared off and the stator completely fried. This is the second time this has happened. Possibly bad cdi? Any leads to why this is happening would be great!
