It's water ready now..been a few days since that pic. finished up all my routing, addressed all the electrical headaches...

Bp750, Coffman pipe, Westcoast exh mani / waterbox / intake grate, OP finned rideplate, Solas prop, fatty bars, and stock airbox.

I got the hood from the kid who jumped the railroad tracks to help him out and waste some time. Pole bracket was modified but the ski can still be returned to a pole ski with a new steer cable. I still have the hood that came on my hull along with the pole.

Is the pipe made for a 650 or 750? How does it run?
It's a Coffman 650 pipe. Desired pipe for a 750 swap when a factory pipe is not available. Hits great.

What kind of steering column is that and which steering cable did you use? I want to make a fixed steer Fx1

It's a modified x2 steering stem with a 750sx cable. I used the zxi throttle cable and bracket but had to drill it out the allow for some extra slack with the hood closed. I don't know if the stock 650 steer cable will work.

The hood itself is quite rigged. Good design, very poor execution. I don't feel like much was measured, but it does work, so... we haven't had waves here on the gulf side (we never do anyway) but it's a fun boat chaser for sure. Needs some foot straps and a rockered nose.
