swf and avi file help

Does anyone know how to use an swf file for an avatar?

I have a new program that im messing around with and learning to use and I made a stupid little animation but cant figure out how to use it for anything.

Heres the file if anyone wants to try. Its stupid but its just a test file.

forget avi, just need swf help. Like how to make it smaller to fit avatar parameters.
