Surfriding Surf reports for jacksonville, fl.

This was initially a reply to an earlier post, but I figured I'd share with everyone just in case you don't read that specific link

JACKSONVILLE, FL SURF REPORTS

#1. Surf Jax Pier gives a web report with photos and a live cam. I think you can even move the cam but I haven't tried it yet.

They give reports for the pier and a place called 'the poles', which is North of the pier off of NAS Mayport. It's a bit closer to Huguenot..south of it

#2. Sunrise Surf Shop gives daily phone updates for the surf report. It's very accurate since the guy hits the surf a lot.

#3. Fort George Island Surf Shop...Very close to Huguenot park...They have a surf report as well.

#4. AquaEast surfshop...probably my least favorite surf report. Hit or miss sometimes. Hard to hear...but hey
They have a beach cam but it's not so great. Shop is near Atlantic beach in between Jax beach and NAS Mayport poles.

I check all of these just to get a good picture of the surf in the area. Watch the buoys as well...
