Super Jet superjet weak spark or no spark

hey working on a 6m6 superjet, bored to 80.00 mm pistons, ported, riva adj. ignition, wont start, turns over great, but it gets no spark or a spark maybe 2 times in 30 secs... i tried unpuggin b/w plug from s/s switch and it didnt change anything... i would post a vid but the spark is so weak it wont show on video... what to try? or what do i need?

Start with cutting back your leads a little they brake down over time ! repalce unit after that and see if you still have that problem !
