Superjet Stock Carb Settings 92

i have a 92 stock 650, other then a few cosmetic things, theres no real performance upgrades to it other then an air filter, fairly clean, didn't make a difference running the hood on or off same with the filter

I am having an issue with what seems like 65-100% throttle range bogging down

single carb mikuni 44SBN, completely stripped apart, rebuilt, and cleaned myself, i know for a fact it is spotless, fuel pump rebuilt, all new large diameter fuel lines and new see through filter, new gas tank vacuum vent, verified gas tank holds pressure.

previous owner looks to have had a cut down spring installed, i measured something like 20-22psi in a pop off before i rebuilt carb, took it out on the water and was bogging heavily rode it for 5 mins and decided i didnt want to blow it up so parked it, rebuilt carb, new spring same color and not cut i was getting a wet popoff of 28psi. I couldn't find a single definitive answer online regarding what a bone stock pop off should be so i decided to test it this weekend anyway

there was a massive difference from the first time i rode it, low end throttle fairly crisp, seemed like it would loadup after trying to blast open over 70%, but you could coax it into the higher end, plugs were slightly dark, but again major change from the lean i got it with.

i did find this from SBT regarding stock pop offs, but im reading this chart and it says 650, and then superjet underneath it, and there is a huge difference between the two, which should it be?

Am also wondering why previous owner ran a stock spring of 20 psi, needle and seat was badly worn, replaced w/ new when i got it, maybe that had something to do with it?

should i go back to a lower pop off? it ran for years in the same area so i don't see any changes in jetting needed. or was that low pop just a way to compensate for everything else being in such rough shape
