superjet stalls when turned to right side

i run a 93 superjet that runs good overall, until it gets tipped on its right side. it boggs to the point that it almost dies. Keeping 1/4 throttle for about ten to fifteen seconds eventually fixes the problem but it still gets pretty annoying. i run a bildge so water in the hull is minimal if there is any at all. it happens wheather the fuel tank is empty or full so i don't think its a fuel pick up problem. my low speed screw is one turn out and the high is about a turn and a half out, which seems to work best for this ski. anyone have any ideas??? i would really appreciate it...

I took mine in for warranty when it was new and they charged me $325 and told me that "bad gas" wasn't covered by warranty. Like gas knows if it is leaning left or right (retards) And it still done it. I fought with them long enough to get a $325 store credit and fixed it myself. I called fred or frank or fernando... I can't remember that was back in 2001. Anyhow I called riva and he said that with stock carb setup all you have to do is unscrew the low speed set screw 1/4 of a turn.

That was it ran great ever since and bought a lot of parts from riva for the great advice.

Its the pivot arm on the needle and seat
They get worn or loose and give this issue
you will more than likely you will have a worn n/s as well
replace them both

Check your n/s
if they have been sitting even if they are new they can have a ring on the needle

Also have a look at the pivot arm and make sure that hole that the pivot pin swings in is not to loose
this can be like this from new

Wax I replaced all of those parts on my carbs with new ones, and it still does it. I even replaced the kidney shaped aluminum blocks and then I doubled up the little clear flappers.

I think it's only a Northern Hemisphere problem, the water in our toilets swirls the other way here.

check the pivot arms
some times even new ones move alot
i have found that lots of times
I have had this issue as well and traced it down to that
