Superjet misfire, and wont shut off.

I was out riding the lake today and my sj died a few times while idling, then about 15 min later quit. When I would try to re start it, the motor sounded like it was timed wrong, it would fire but would not stay running. When I got back home I pulled the plugs, only one was sparking at first, then both after a few seconds, so I reinstalled and the ski fired right up but would not shut off using the lanyard or the stop switch. Im stumped, but I am wondering if the water I got into my ebox messed up my msd enhancer, even though I dried it out. Any help would be appreciated,thanks
