i recently put a msd enhancer, cut the spark plug wires back and put new boots on, and new plugs. I ewnt to ride a bit today and the ski ran great. i stopped to tie my shoe and it would not start back up and would backfire some.i got home, pulled plugs and cranked it. blew all that chit out. plugs were a bit fouled but i had spark. switched back to other cdi and the same chit. i flipped to reserve and it would kind of fire up then battery died. i believe i am getting fuel because i could smell it. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Your flywheel key might have sheared.

That's the first thing I would check too.

someone told me on pwc today to unplug the white and black wires coming from the start/stop switch and crank it. it fired up. then i plugged the wires back in and it fired again. kinda idled funny though

If it starts and runs fine with the black and white wires disconnected, you start/stop switch has issues.
