superjet cylinder/head torque

i need no know what to torque my head and cylinder to on a 01 superjet.
i also have a question on what plug to run. recently put protec modified cdi in, group k is curently doing the stock head mod with 1/2 girdle kit. also put new cylinder and pistons in do to broken cylinder. my question is stock plug is b7hs, i believe. group k tells me to run br8es. the 7 is hotter i know but isnt the E longer then the H. what do i run. thanks any help is better then none. im also running a b-pipe.

Stock Yamaha 8mm headbolts will hold 24 Ft-lbs with no problems, not sure about the Gr K girdle bolts, all depends on size and length.
If your re-using a milled stock head, you will need to use the 'H' plugs not the 'E' long reach plug that most of the current aftermarket heads use now. Use what heat range your builder suggests.
