Super Jet Superjet 840 cooling problems

Ok my ski is giving me a serious headache.
im not getting any water out the pisser or to the engine. Ever like from the pump to the pisser is brand new and clear.
I have single cooling from pump to fp manifold then rear outlet to bottom of b pipe front outlet to t and b pipe outlet then to pisser and stinger. Ski was running great then stopped pissing. Just replaced Ada head o rings. Has 180 psi of compression. Same as its always had. It's almost like the pump is pumping water. Ski runs and rides fine for ten seconds then I bring it in. Any ideas!?

Blown exhaust manifold gasket? Is the motor getting hot when you ride it? is there water coming out of the exhaust pipe when you run the ski? may be all the water is going in to the pipe. take it to the lake and back it in , pull the line at the exhaust mani from the pump, start the ski, see if it is pumping, and work up stream from there.

One bolt for exhaust manifold was stripped. Going to heli coil it tomorrow then put a thin layer of silicone on both sides of gasket and give it a whirl.

Hooked hose up to pisser and ran the ski no water in exhaust or comes out the spark plugs after. Also it comes out the pump while running. Completely stumped. Also replaced pump with one from another ski and no change.

You have a blockage in on of the brass elbows going into the bottom of your manifold is my guess.

Pull your cooling system apart one line at a time and inspect. There has to be a blockage somewhere. There aren't that many lines. This really shouldn't be a difficult task.

The problem is I can hook up a hose to the inlet to the manifold and it will come right out the head outlets.

Mine is like this except single cooling and the front outlet on the head t's with the head pipe outlet. Ran fine like this for the last 30 gallons

disconnect the IN line from the bulkhead and hook the hose directly to that. then start the motor and turn the water on. See if its going through the motor.

Should be very simple by the looks of your cooling setup. Start at one end and try to flush it and work your way back the other way.
