Superjet 62t 760 ada head help

Hi, long story short, seized my standard 701 superjet. 6 years on I have managed to get a short block 760 with an ADA head and standard duel carbs. If I run this with a standard superjet exhaust system what will I need to do with the carb setup? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

wait, are you running the complete 760 motor (top end, carbs) with the oem superjet exhaust, or are you just putting the 44mm carbs on your superjet 701 motor?

The 760 top end is different than the superjet top end in more ways than just the bore, the porting is different among a few other things.

Well hoping to drop a 760 motor in my old superjet, complete with carbs, but using stock exhaust and electrics etc. Here's a pic of the motor. It worked out cheaper to buy this.motor than have the old one rebuilt.

If you're on a tight budget and up for some bodging you might like to place a 760 exhaust gasket over the stock exhaust and dremel it to match. Bare in mind if you work your way into a water passage it's game over. Done worse in my yoof.

Cheapest way you’d to get out the Dremel, or you can buy a 760 mani for a factory b and run a real pipe

You can put Time-Serts/Helicoils into the cylinder to bring the threads down from 10mm to 8mm so the manifold can bolt straight up (after matching the ports, obviously). I believe the consensus these days is that Time-Serts is the better method. Doubtless others will chime in with their views to help you make a decision.
