I took my carburators apart to clean and rebuild them. I cannot figure out what this gasket is called?!?!

Nope. Thats not it. It goes between the carb and the carb spacer. I think its called a base gasket.

OEM parts guide is vague on carb to inlet manifold gasket arrangement. It appears to show the carbs and those spacer plates as a single unit. Regardless, that appears to be a generic Mikuni carb manifold gasket. Most of these are available in aftermarket form cheaply from most decent PWC shops (all brands). I bought a batch in bulk many years ago for my 44mm carbies. Establish your size (if stock it should be 38mm) and contact your local dealer/s.
