650/X-2 Super chicken carb issues

So I picked up a super chicken yesterday, guy said it had some issues with the spring. did a pop-off test it was 33, I didnt have any spare springs so I cut it down until pop off was at 15. fired it up to make sure it still ran (lol) and the engine took, off pulled plugs and had an oh poop moment. Was able to kill it with the primer. Front one was lean, back was rich. Thinking air leak on the front seal maybe? Anyways, threw it in and ran good this morning, 0 complaints. Hopped on it later today, wouldnt go past 1/4 throttle? pulled carb back apart, diaphragm looks like its in good condition, rest of the gaskets as well. Pop off still 15. If I mash the primer and keep it pinned it will get up to plane... case vacuum line looks good, Carbs are 120 highs, (3.5 out) 58 lows (2.25 out). looks like stock is 140 and 75??? Not sure what the issue it bc mine are turned out pretty far & it ran good this morning (no carb issues when riding) Any input?

Check your primer pump. The plunger styles fail internally and let fuel go through. Then they just dump fuel in like a giant jet.

I assume you have stock keihen carbs, which I haven't done anything with before, except replace them with mikuni.
