300/440/550 Stripped Ride Plate Bolts. Need Help!

Hey gues. I went to install my new ocean pro ride plate today before riding and it results in horrible results. The ride plate I am replacing in the original plate from 1986. Needless to say the bolts were a little rusty inside the inserts and the inserts came out with the bolts. One came out normall, one bolt head snapped, and the other too just kept spinning. Here are the pictures of the threads. How do I go about fixing this and where can I get new inserts for a 1985 JS550.

stick it back on there and epoxy it in, and then glass over it. Grind it back out when you need to! haha
