Ok our son was cleaning the truck a couple weeks ago, and decided to clean the skis too. When he cleaned my sj he used tire shine on the turf :banghead: . I didnt realize it till I took the ski out for a ride and slid right out of the tray. My question is whats the best way to remove this crap. I've tried cleaning it, scrubbing it, but dont want to use chemicals because I dont know how it will effect the turf. I've ridden it like 4 times since then, and its still slippery as hell lol. Any suggestions?

I use it to clean my entire ski....some of that with some water and a tire brush.....it will come right out

...and if that doesn't work I have some extra turf for you Ron! Reminds me of the time I put armorall on my Dad's snowmobile seat, but i knew it would make it hard to stay on that was the point :sgrin: we used to do all kinds of stuff like that to each other.

Hey i got the idea from him. at the time i had a truck with a bench seat and he sprayed it, first turn I almost lost the wheel. That stuff is hella slippery when it gets cold.

Hey, if it weren't for seatbelts, that could have been a good excuse to get a girl close to you:smile: Sorry, a little bit of TN redneck just slipped out:sneaky:

Its just a cleaner degreaser that works really well and doesnt hurt any components in the engine compartment. Not sure where to get it now, I used to just get it from Paul lol. Since he is 14 hours away now, I guess I'll have to find a new place to get it from.
