Pulse line to only one carb. Fuel inline to the bottom nipple of that carb (with the pulse fitting).
Run a line from the top fitting of that carb to the bottom fitting of the second carb.
Run the return line from the top fitting of the second carb back to the tank.

well I think I have it right but the second carb does not have a bottom fitting just just a left and right. I am going to assume I have it right.... now I have to figure out why its not sucking any fuel in there...

from what I can see Peter, it appears you need to move the pulse line to the carb in the bottom of your pic, since the one in your pic most likely doesnt have fuel pump in it to be pulsed.

Im not a mechanic, but I think this MIGHT be why you arent pumping any fuel.

um... which carb is your pulse line going to? from your pic it looks like you have it going into the second carb... there should not be a fitting there for a pulse line... it should be on the first carb... close to the "fuel in from water seperator" and "fuel out to second carb lines"....

another reason you may not be getting it to pump fuel if you DO already have it setup right: you have to prime your carbs before you really get fuel to flow.... get a little spray bottle with some premix and mist it into the carbs and then crank it over and it will quickly bring the fuel into the lines, through the filter, and into the carbs... might have to do this a few times....

if you just rebuit the carbs then maybe you didnt put something back together right?

Looks like someone rebuilt two at a time instead of one at a time.

The pulse inlet and subsequent pump body goes on the first carb.

Incorrect.

The pump is on the right (back) carb.
However, it appears that it was installed 180 degrees off.
The pulse nipple needs to point towards the back of the ski, not towards the front as it is now.
Take the carbs apart, make sure that you installed everything correctly, and then reassemble correctly.

That's what I said, but:

I didn't know that he put the pump on the first carb pointing forward, I thought he put the pump on the second carb pointing backward. ("first and second" denoting arrangement of flow)
