steering nozzles

would it be any more effective to run a smalled inner diameter steering nozzles on our skis? i have one that is a few mm smaller diameter than a superjet and was thinking about trying it instead if boring my nozzle out...what do you think?

I doubt it would make a difference because its not the steering nozzle that determines the speed and amount of thrust. As long as its bigger than the exit nozzle the size won't matter.
