How do you guys have the cable routed? I didn't pay attention when I tore everything apart and now while I'm reassembling with a shorter pole I'm unsure how.
First I just ran it below the exhaust tube, between the battery tray and side then straight up the pole. The tank wasn't in yet and it didn't look like it would fit with all the slack without causing major binding.
Now I have it going the same way but on the outside of the exhaust hose going past the WB and then going up the pole and this seems to work, i.e. no binding but it is a pretty tight bend from behind the WB through the pole bracket. I'm concerned this will cause premature wear, etc.
Any advice?
