Steering cable extension pivot for trim?

Where's everyone getting the little pivot piece that threads on the end of the steering cable with their trim? I'm not having any luck with the search function. The one I'm thinking of has a little ball joint type of thing and I thought I read somewhere one time that they're off sea doo's. Any ideas?

The Seadoo end does have a ball joint of sorts that a 6mm bolt goes through and is the same size as a Yami-Kawi cable, that much I can attest to.

Where can I get one and what do they run?

I found a parts diagram for a sea doo steering system...looks like it's just called a "ball joint" and they want around $14 for it.

I use the seadoo end also, picked mine up at the dealer they had it in stock, but was like 40 bucks, I got raped! FYI run a 5mmx.08 thread chaser through it, both of the ones I got had distorted threads.
