Super Jet Stator help on 650 superjet

What is the correct line up for the stator?
This stator is not notched

your picture shows some kind of aftermarket(?) stator. A proper 61x stator can be sourced used as low as $50. These pics show an oem stator. The pulser coil (the smallest one) lets the cdi know when to fire, so that one has to be in the right place. The 2nd pic shows a rod placed from center of the unit and across the "notch". You could try to duplicate that on your unit by having a straight edge from the center intersect the pulser coil at the same place.
