State sticker... have to pay for another if you want to move it?

Can you get another sticker for your state registration for free or just a little fee, or do you have to buy another for whatever the 3 year registration charge is? I was considering moving mine to a different location, but might keep it in the same location if I have to pay for new ones... anyone know?

I asked when I got mine. I said "How much would it cost for a new sticker if I repaint my jet ski?" the reply was "about $5.".

yep, in florida it's a small fee for a replacement. it's also a cheap way to register 2 similar ski's just before daytona.

haha....last year when I was getting my beach pass for 2 skis, I didn't realize that I had used the same registration card for both of them. Beach patrol looked at me a little puzzled because of the same numbers, I just smiled & batted my eye lashes. Don't think they had any problem taking my money..lol
