Have had some problems with my jetski in recent times , will try to explain my problem.
It began with a cable to the starter was burnt so I replaced it then it worked fine. I ran a while ago when I switched it off as just clicked it then when I would start again. has taken the starter again but it looks like it works great. So I removed the Bendix gear and looked ahead and noticed that the bushings that hold the Bendix gear looked a bit worn out . When I measured the bushes so it appeared that they were 12.12 mm and the shoulder of the Bendix gear was 11.97 . Could it be that haunt me or what do you think ? Should I replace the bushings ? Bendix drive looks fine and spring back as it should.
