Other Squish band ADA domes

I have an 86mm bore cylinder that Chuckie just bored and when checking my squish ( .020) I can feel an ever so slight bump on TDC on the rear cylinder. ( the deck was touched up also)
It appears the squish diameter need to be a tad bit larger.
Can the ADA domes be cut to accommodate the 3.381" cylinder bore safely while leaving enough meat to protect the oring?

Pretty sure the o-rings are the same size regardless of whether it's a big bore or standard bore. It's just that standard bore domes have more surface that isn't being used. The squish is definitely too small unless you've got some funky design contraints going on. Sounds like when they touched up the deck, they took a decent amount of material out of it. You should be able to get your domes cut to size. Just double check your girdle bolts when you reinstall everything to be sure they are actually torqued down and not bottoming out in the case. That just happened to me...

I know over time the deck surface had been cleaned up so it wasn't a one shot deal that did it and no funky piston set up - plain Wiseco's, old SRE ported cylinder ( I am assuming it was ported more or less for race but the motor was built for an old time pro Chris Camps so who knows without mapping things out)

I know the squish dimension can be cut but I am worried about opening up squish band outer diameter as the thickness is only .050" . ( cyl bore 3.381" - squish diameter 3.365")
Seeing that small surface is what primarily seals the combustion chamber I don't know if removing .016" from it would be pushing things and causing o rings to blow.
I know the katrinka fix would be to use double base gaskets as that would take care of that and get my squish clearance close to the .040 mark but I don't want jack my port timing around either...
I always use double washers on the acorns - I'm not a trusting soul with that stuff.

I know the domes I have for my ADA head were for an 86mm bore which is what you're running. The wall between the o-ring and inner dome isn't very big but ADA even sells those domes as standard so it can't be that bad. I agree, I wouldn't run an extra base gasket unless I absolutely had to.
