Square nose turn plate mod?

I am wondering if anyone has cut their OEM turn plate to make it quick steer and drilled and tapped new holes for straight bars. I think it is possible, was just wondering if anyone has any pictures if they have done it before.

I've seen it before. Did you use the search function? I think there were a few threads on it with pics. Pretty straightforward mod.

There are two holes on the outer right side of the stock turn plate, just get a piece of aluminum cut it down and move the ball out there...viola. Instant quick steer.

Make sure the cable doesnt hit its internal limit, it will break. Get the nozzle plate first.
