I bought a Jet Trim mat kit for my wife's 1994 Super Jet.
(I think last year?)

I have various paint guns and I would like to spray the contact cement.

A couple of questions:

1. What kind of contact cement do you recommend spraying?

Do you thin it?

And if so how much and what do you use to thin it?

2.What size tip do you recommend to spray the contact cement?

You don't thin it you turn the feed and the pressure on the gun way up and go for it, it will spray out in a spiderweb pattern if you have the gun set right ,do not spray it in any gun you want to keep because cleanup is a nightmare. Most upholstery shops just leave the glue in the gun because they use it constantly, same with cabinet shops.

Also there are spray grade adhesives mostly used in the cabinetmaking industry for Formica application.

Sanoman can probably shed more light on the sprayable grade than me , I have only used spray grade to put down Formica and boat carpet in the past , on turf I either brush it on or put it on with a roller.

When I applied the metal to my camper trailer with it I used a roller and a paint tray , it worked great.
