My 2 cents........... its very hard to make comment on plug readings from photographs?
That said, and an attempt to give you an answer.
I have built many TPE motors running Full Specs. The jetting you are stating is very typical.
The heat evidance on the ground electrode is very typical. It is an indication that you are actually very close.
Reading the porcelan is where you want to determine condition. Two strokes by nature create a lot of false positives
In plug readings? The oil residue masks what is actually going on in the combustion chamber.
While R50 is one of the premire oils we all use in our motors. It actualy has a high residue.
This does not mean its bad, it extremely good oil. Plug readings are effected by many factors, not just the carbs /
Fuel delivery. Compression, ignition timing, engine load, PV timing, exhause, grade of fuel ect all play a part.

To me, you are slightly rich?? ( Again, photos are hard to read) my guess in your bottom stumble is pop-off?
Specs normally run 1.8 n/s w/ 80g springs, #60 restrictor Try a 95g and a #70 restrictor?
I have found that cleans up the larger bore Full Specs.

Hope this helps

Ski ya, Paul
