The complete motor (and electrical system) transplanted from another machine. The ski was running before it was transplanted.
Nothing was taken apart, except the minimum for transfer.
I'm getting spark, and primer is throwing fuel in, and it should (at least) fire.
My first thought is timing, but like i say, it was not changed.
Any help is appreciated.
