Super Jet SN superjet hood adjustment?

Is there any way to adjust how the hood fits on a SN SJ superjet either with the hood loops or the bracket? Reason I ask is I have put a "surf seal" on and it fits well accept for the front portion where the loops mount. The hood in that section kind of bows in slightly so when I put the hood on it kind of rolls the seal under the hood. It still seems to seal but it kind of bugs me. Is there any adjustment?

My surf seal was too short so I just glued a piece of my old hood seal to the topdeck of the ski and cut the seal off flush with the sides. Then I bent my hooks down a bit to add some more pressure to the hood on the front. Its not great but it works better than without anything on the front like mine was

Having this same issue myself on my square...I put a surfseal on end of last season and it really hasnt seen much use but both my front corners have ripped from sliding hood on and off over that front hull lip. Just ordered another seal and i'm gonna try a few ideas so that doesn't happen again ill keep you posted!

When I put on my surf seal on my SN, it was really hard to get the hood on, it didn't fit well. It definitely made the front part of the hood flex when you put on your hood! After taking the hood on and off during the winter and only actually riding once, the seal ripped in the two front corners and in another spot too. It really doesn't fit well in the two front corners of an SN hood.I ripped my OEM seal off only to have the surf seal do that:banghead:. Luckily my OEM seal was still in somewhat decent shape so I put that back on.

That's just my experience.
